Children's Learn to Skate |

Alpine Ice offers programs for children aged 12 years and under which provide quality Learn to Skate classes with qualified instructors, based on a national testing system, known as Kiwiskate. Skaters learn basic skating skills, enabling them to progress to any of the ice sports, and have the opportunity to earn Kiwiskate badges along the way if they wish. Skaters are grouped according to skating ability. Learn to Skate classes are vey popular and it may be necessary to be placed on a waiting list for term time classes.
