These make up sessions must be taken during 2010 season and cannot be carried over. For more detail regarding this, refer to the attached Application Form for Make up Sessions which is fully self explanatory.
Where squad and/or off ice sessions are affected by school holidays, public holidays or competitions these will not be charged for. Costs for squad and off-ice sessions are based on a certain number of participants and no credits, make-ups or refunds will be granted for non-attendance.
The package name relates to the number of sessions skated per week. Only students whose ice time is paid up to date will be permitted to skate at Alpine Ice Skate School sessions. Please do not expect to get on the ice to have private lessons if your ice time payment has not been made. In the case of ice time being unpaid, an email will be sent advising parents and the skaters' coach advising their students will not be allowed to skate whilst their monthly payment is outstanding. Alpine Ice and Independent Coaches:
It is most important to remember that Alpine Ice will only charge for ice time sessions, squads and off ice sessions organized by Alpine Ice Skate School. All Private Coaching fees or off ice classes run by other coaches are strictly a matter between parent/student and the independent coaching contractor and must be paid directly to them. It is your responsibility to advise your coach if you are not going to be attending any of your private lesson sessions - you should check with your coach as to their procedures and it is not unreasonable to ask them to provide this information in writing.
