It is most important to remember that Alpine Ice will only charge for the ice time. All Private Lesson fees are strictly a matter between parent/student and independent coaching contractor and must be paid directly to them. It is your responsibility to advise your coach if you are not going to be attending any of your private lessons sessions - you should check with your coach as to their procedures and it is not unreasonable to ask them to provide this information in writing as they will probably have a prepared list.
